I've been talking to my clients about fear/love based decisions lately. Seems to be so prevalent these days. Making decisions based on doing something to avoid doing something... as opposed to doing something because you enjoy it (keep rereading that until it makes sense) - is how regrets are made. Become aware of the reasons behind your decisions. If it's a fear-based decision, ask yourself if its necessary - or can you reframe it into a love-based decision. Become aware of the small, insignificant fear/love based decisions as well... we all hate doing laundry... but we all enjoy living in a tidy space. Just start noticing it.
